All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive your package within 2-5 business days of payment via USPS First Class Mail. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping or handling fees will be applied at checkout. For international shipping, please contact us at [email protected] for a custom quote, as it is not currently available through our standard service.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress on the USPS website. If you don’t receive a tracking email within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to our customer service team at 1-844-590-1780 or [email protected].
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. P.O. Boxes are accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if shipping to certain addresses is prohibited by law or poses a risk to delivery.
In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to investigate and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to our Refund Policy.
As we do not currently offer international shipping, customs or duties are not applicable. Should international shipping become available in the future, you will be responsible for any customs fees or duties imposed by your country.
